Customer Service Administrator
Location: Northwich
Contract type: Temporary for up to 3 months
Working schedule: Monday - Friday (Office based)
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Rate of pay: £13.50ph
Adecco are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to support our client based in Northwich on a temporary basis for up to 3 months.
The successful candidate will support operations from order receipt through to installation and completion, liaising with customers, internal teams, and field engineers to ensure accurate documentation and smooth scheduling for seamless delivery and installation.
Key responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all documentation and specifications are complete
Raise works orders and job packs using internal systems (Sales Logic / Job Logic)
Track orders through the manufacturing process and liaise with the factory on production timelines and material availability
