Service Administrator Our manufacturing client based in the Shropshire countryside is looking for a full time temporary – permanent service administrator to join their busy operations in the servicing department. You will be responsible for the administration and key responsibilities contributing to the effective and smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will work in collaboration with the Service Co-ordinator, Technical Support and Service Manager to ensure that the company meets and exceeds customer’s expectations. In addition, you will be managing the upkeep of the service engineer schedule and workload using outlook and field service software, booking of visits to customer sites as requested by Service Coordinator/Technical Support, arranging hotel bookings and travel arrangements including visas for overseas work if required.
