Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to senior executives.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure the efficient management of confidential information and documentation.
* Co-ordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms appropriately.
* Oversee office management including, ordering stationary and supplies as needed.
* Be the first point of contact for all external vendors, including IT and building maintenance.
