I'm now exclusively working with a local client of ours in Hemel Hempstead to help them find an Operations Coordinator to join their extremely busy and growing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. As the Operations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for all technical support queries - diagnosing issues, raising tickets, and ensuring problems are resolved or escalated efficiently. You'll work closely with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service in a collaborative setting. This is going to be ideal for someone with who is capable of providing great customer services and able to juggle administration/reporting and elements of scheduling/coordinating field-based engineers.
