Description
Role Purpose
To provide high-quality administrative support to the Temporary Accommodation team, ensuring the smooth management of placements, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination with providers, residents, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process temporary accommodation bookings, extensions, and terminations.
Maintain accurate records of placements, voids, and occupancy on housing systems.
Liaise with accommodation providers, landlords, and internal teams (PRS, Housing Inclusion) to coordinate placements and resolve queries.
Manage team inboxes and respond to enquiries from residents and stakeholders.
