Hire Desk Controller Salary: 28,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm We are looking for a Hire Desk Controller to join a busy and growing team, managing hire enquiries and requests while delivering excellent customer service and efficient administration. What You'll Be Doing as a Hire Desk Controller Process customer on and off hire requests accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures. Raise purchase orders and hire contracts using internal systems. Liaise with suppliers and customer sites to arrange the supply of plant and equipment. Monitor deliveries, resolve any issues, and escalate where necessary. Ensure all supplier paperwork relating to hires is accurate and complete. Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, customer sites and internal teams.
