We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Scheduler to provide support to the Repairs Planning team during a busy period. This is a hands-on, office-based role working closely with Planning Officers to ensure repairs are scheduled efficiently and residents receive an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities for this Scheduler role:
Supporting the planning and allocation of repairs jobs for in-house operatives.
Monitoring operative diaries to help maximise productivity and efficiency.
Tracking outstanding jobs and ensuring clear communication with operatives and contractors....
