Customer Service Administrator Our client based in Atcham is looking for a temporary to permanent part time customer service administrator to join their busy team, helping to support the senior staff. As part of the role, you will be supporting customers using the companies and clients services, you will be focused on customer education, service communication, KPI understanding, complaints handling, and staying up to date with national partner system updates to ensure a consistent, informed, and 5-star customer experience across all networks.
