We are currently seeking an Administrator to cover two services across Manchester for a Substance Misuse service. Location post codes are M22 4TF (Wythenshawe) and M4 7HY (Ancoats). A rota will be provided by the team leader each Wednesday showing tasks and locations for the following week. Its essential candidates can get to both sites regularly. Operating for over 35 years, they have hundreds of staff working for them across multiple offices in the UK. Their services include the design, installation, maintenance and management of plant rooms and heat networks on behalf of local authorities, universities, factories, housing associations, private landlords and utility energy suppliers. We are looking for an organised individual who can demonstrate initiative and work well in a team. We are looking for someone with good IT skills and is confident picking up inbound calls and arranging access appointments for engineers to attend.
