IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Administrator be the first point of contact for children, families, professionals, and other visitors to Bolton Family Hubs and offer advice and support to members of the public relating to services available within the centre for our client in Bolton.
Duties:
* Provide reception, information, and general administrative support to Family Hubs and the Start Well Service.
* Deliver reliable customer service, helping resolve enquiries and service issues.
* Handle enquiries face-to-face, by phone, and online, offering advice and guidance to children and families.
* Record, store, and share information to support service delivery.
* Assist in creating and updating documents, reports, and information resources.
* Manage and monitor shared email inboxes.
* Build strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and external agencies.
