Temporary Receptionist/Administrator - Woking
Cover needed from w/c 13th April for 4 weeks.
Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
Friday: 08:00–16:00
This role is the first point of contact for visitors and provides essential administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact, welcoming visitors and notifying colleagues
Manage reception area and ensure a professional, well-maintained environment
Support meetings and events, including room setup and catering coordination
Handle incoming mail, enquiries, and courier services efficiently
Maintain records, filing systems, and shared inboxes
Provide general administrative support (documents, reports, presentations)
Arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues
Resolve day-to-day office issues, escalating where necessary
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a busy reception or administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
