Holt Engineering are working with an innovative electronics manufacturer in Poole. They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join the production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components into finished products according to technical specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for precision work in a manufacturing environment. This is a Monday to Friday working 7:30am - 4:30pm. £12.71 per hour (£28,089k annually) plus bonus (OTE around £36k) As a Vehicle Inspector, you'll be responsible for: Conducting vehicle inspections following established procedures, reporting findings via a PDA report template  Complete used vehicle condition reports  Collaborate with team members to maintain daily site inspections  Engage with customer contacts to ensure high quality service delivery Travel to various BCA sites within your agreed region will be regular, however, travel to further distances will be expected if and when needed What we're looking for To excel in this role, you must have: An NVQ Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) Comprehensive mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair  An understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software updates, and electric/hybrid vehicles (advantageous) Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels  A full UK driving licence  INDCCP
