POSITION DESCRIPTION: This role supports the product creation process from concept through end of life, focusing on the detection and resolution of Squeak & Rattle and Water issues across vehicles, systems, and components. As part of the current car team, you will lead issue investigation and resolution to improve customer satisfaction, working cross‑functionally across design, manufacturing, durability fleet, and warranty. Using structured problem‑solving tools such as 8D, you will drive issues to closure, implement robust solutions, and support continuous improvement through physical vehicle testing on rigs and on test tracks.
