Contractor - Senior Design Engineer (Vehicle & Suspension) Location: Shoreham Role Summary This contract role is for an experienced Senior Design Engineer specialising in vehicle suspension and subframe systems. You will be responsible for taking mechanical designs from concept through to production, working closely with a Chief Designer and contributing as a key member of the mechanical design team. Key Responsibilities Design & Engineering Lead mechanical design activities across concept, definitive, and detailed design phases. Produce detailed 3D models, basic stress calculations, FMEAs, tolerance stacks, and 2D drawings. Develop system and component specifications to meet design requirements.
