We are looking for Technicians/mechanics from a Commercial, HGV, PSV or LGV background with at least 2 years experience in the Industry. You will be Apprentice trained to Level 3 or equivalent that has experience working with a variety of LGV or HGV vehicles. Duties Include: * Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across the site and machinery * Completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks * Minor building repairs and general site upkeep * Painting and decorating duties * Basic plumbing repairs * Weekly and monthly planned maintenance checks * Carpentry and general handyman tasks * Supporting the wider team with any other reasonable duties as required Skills & Experience Required: * Basic carpentry skills * Previous painting and decorating experience * Mechanical machine maintenance experience would be an advantage * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good initiative and problem-solving skills * Strong time management and organisational skills What’s on Offer: * £30,000 annual salary * Immediate start available * 3-month fixed term contract with opportunity to go permanent * Stable role within a manufacturing environment
