Maintenance Operative Painter & Decorator (12-Week Contract) We're looking for a Painter & Decorator to join our team on a 12-week fixed-term contract to carry out redecoration works after students have vacated our accommodation. Location: Bradford (based in Bradford) Contract: 12 weeks Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay: £12.71 per hour The role involves preparing surfaces, painting, decorating, and carrying out general redecoration to ensure rooms and communal areas are ready for incoming students.
