We are currently looking for an experienced Painter to work on social housing maintenance contracts covering Leicestershire and the surrounding areas for a well-established property maintenance contractor. This opportunity is with an established contractor delivering planned maintenance, responsive repairs and void property refurbishment works across the social housing sector. We're looking for an experienced Painter who is available to start as soon as possible on an ongoing subcontract basis. I'd be keen to speak to anyone with experience working within social housing, domestic repairs, property maintenance or refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as a Painter, Painter & Decorator, Property Maintenance Operative or in a similar role.
