A client within the Public Sector based in Tyne and Wear is currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Officer to join their Property & Compliance Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a facilities management / compliance environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To ensure the safe, compliant, and effective operation of council premises through planned maintenance, statutory checks, and coordination of emergency preparedness activities.
