A client within the Public Sector based in Hampshire is currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor to join their Capital Assets / Growth Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a property and estates management environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to support the Council in maintaining and enhancing income from its commercial and residential property portfolio, while delivering professional estate management, valuation, acquisition and disposal services in line with the Council’s growth and regeneration agenda.
