Our client has an opportunity for a Building and Construction Project Lead to join them on a contract for 12 months with possible extension. You will be responsible for setting up and leading CAPEX projects from inception and feasibility, through to design and specification and final handover. Role: Building and Construction Project Leader Location: Portsmouth, 60% onsite Hours: 37 per week Clearance: BPSS required to start. Current SC would be desirable.
