Operating as a shared service across Kingston and Sutton, the team manages all aspects of residential environmental health, helping to improve housing conditions and public health across the boroughs. Responsibilities Investigate housing standards complaints, public health issues, noise and environmental nuisance. Undertake HMO licensing inspections, including additional licensing schemes. Work with partners to address poor housing conditions, fire safety concerns, anti-social behaviour, and fuel poverty. Carry out Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections.
