MMP Consultancy is seeking a Capital Projects Surveyor on behalf of a Local Authority based in Kent, in the Sittingbourne area. This is a 1-year temporary contract with a day rate of £218.19 or hourly rate of £32.08 inside of IR35. Candidates will be working remotely for 1-2 days per week however daily site visits will be likely at points during projects. Candidates can expect to work circa 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will take the lead on a varied portfolio of high‑profile capital and planned works projects. They will oversee projects from inception through to completion, managing contractors on site, controlling budgets, and ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.
