A client within the Public Sector based in South Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Estates Surveyor to join their Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority estates and commercial property environment. The Role The key purpose of the role is to provide professional surveying, valuation and estates management advice to support the effective use, development and performance of the Council’s commercial property portfolio.
