A client within the Public Sector based in Worcestershire is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Housing Property Services Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a Housing Property Services environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to support Housing Property Services in the development of appropriate contract documentation and procurement of goods, services and works contracts, whilst being responsible for the financial measurement, valuation and reporting of works across a range of housing projects.
