Project Quality Engineer 1 Year Contract - Inside IR35 We're looking for an experienced Project Quality Engineer to support the delivery of a major onshore HVDC transmission project under an EPC framework. You'll ensure all engineering, procurement, manufacturing, civil works, installation, and commissioning activities meet top-quality, safety, and regulatory standards, acting as a key link between contractors, suppliers, site teams, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and procedures aligned with EPC requirements. Oversee quality assurance & control across converter stations, HV equipment, civil/mechanical works, and HVDC systems. Conduct supplier/subcontractor audits and manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
