A client within the Public Sector based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer to join their Planning Policy (Local Plan) Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a planning policy environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To contribute to and prepare a range of planning policy documents to maintain an up-to-date and effective Local Plan for the District, ensuring a sustainable development strategy that addresses local priorities and meets statutory requirements.
