My client is looking to appoint a Design Manager in Inverness, on a contract basis, initially for 6 months. My client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor who deliver projects across a range of sectors including health, education, highways, justice, defence and aviation. The project is a new build prison where the team is currently 6–9 months from completion. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing Design Manager, overseeing the 15 remaining work packages. The work packages include tasks such as landscaping, flooring, fit-outs, and internal joinery, alongside more complex prison-specific requirements.
