Randstad have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Section engineer to work on a Rail Project in Cardiff, Wales for 1 year plus You will be working on Civils, with Buildings/Architecture elements Rail experience / PTS is ideal but not essential. Duties will include: Technical Verification: Ensure all construction work strictly adheres to design drawings and specifications, and sign off on Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Health & Safety Leadership: Write, review, and enforce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to maintain a safe working environment. Team Management: Direct, mentor, and allocate daily tasks to Site Engineers, subcontractors, and site labor.
