The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To deliver a comprehensive building surveying service within the Responsive Repairs Team, ensuring property defects are accurately identified, repair works are specified and delivered in line with R&M policy, and customers are kept fully informed throughout the repairs process.
