Goodman Masson is currently working with a social housing organisation within the southeast to recruit for an interim Disrepair Surveyor. Pay - £300 - £350 per day INSIDE IR35 The Role You'll be responsible for managing complex property cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works comply with legislation, contractual requirements and organisational standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of housing disrepair, structural repair and insurance-related works. Carrying out detailed property inspections and diagnosing complex building defects. Preparing technical specifications, schedules of work and cost estimates. Managing repair programmes from instruction through to completion. Undertaking pre and post inspections to monitor quality and contractor performance.
