Environmental Health Officer – Kingston  £30 PAYE / £39 Umbrella (Inside IR35) 37 hours per week 6 months contract  Overview of the role We are looking for a professional with experience in Environmental Health or Housing Standards to join our busy residential team. Operating as a shared service across Kingston and Sutton, the team manages all aspects of residential environmental health, helping to improve housing conditions and public health across the boroughs. Responsibilities Investigate housing standards complaints, public health issues, noise and environmental nuisance. Undertake HMO licensing inspections, including additional licensing schemes. Work with partners to address poor housing conditions, fire safety concerns, anti-social behaviour, and fuel poverty. Carry out Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections. Apply provisions of the Housing Act 2004 and Environmental Protection Act 1990 when investigating service requests.Requirements Qualified...
