This is a senior leadership role responsible for the Council’s repairs and maintenance service across a £1bn housing portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the strategic development and delivery of the repairs and maintenance function, including responsive repairs, major works repairs, voids, disrepair, damp and mould, complaints and resident engagement.
