Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process. Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 3 years + PQE. Stock Condition Surveyor DEA  Location: Cardiff Contract: Outside IR35 | Paid per survey | Ongoing  | Immediate Start | TSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor/ DEA for an ongoing project based in Cardiff. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS. · Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. ·  Carrying out DEA assessments where qualified · Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms. About the Role: Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided). Complete 8-10 surveys per day. Full induction and training on the software provided.
