We are working with one of our clients who are looking for a Site Agent on a freelance basis for a recently awarded scheme just South of Norwich which involves Infrastructure works on a new housing development so Earthworks, Roads, Drainage, Foul Water Pipeline and Pumping Station. Daily duties to include preparation of RAMs, Overseeing Sub Contractors on site, Health & Safety, Material & Plant ordering and other duties. They seek someone from an Engineering background who holds SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS with all round Civils experience gained within the Main Contracting environment. Top rate on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with a long term contract for the right individual. SITE AGENT - WYMONDHAM - £400/DAY OUTSIDE IR35 We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee the delivery of a 1.5km highway construction project providing access to a new housing estate in Wymondham. This is a key role managing civil engineering works including a pumping station, earthworks, drainage, pipes and sewer installations. This is a contract position paying £400 per day, outside IR35.
