We are recruiting for a qualified MRICS Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to work on a self-employed basis covering Devon & Cornwall. This role focuses on undertaking detailed surveys of residential properties and preparing high-quality expert witness reports for legal proceedings, including the preparation of Scott Schedules. This is self-employed outside IR35 paid per completed report, the quoted rate is rate OTE. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong technical expertise and a keen interest in dispute resolution and litigation support work.
