You’ll work on exciting new build and refurbishment education projects, helping turn design ideas into buildable, high-quality learning environments. Your new role You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a new build residential development in Lancaster, delivering 20+ timber‑framed homes for a private developer.The role will involve overseeing the project from early stages through to completion, managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will act as the key point of contact on site, liaising closely with the developer, consultants and suppliers to drive progress from start to finish.
