Key Responsibilities: · Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS. · Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. ·  EPC assessments  · Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms. About the Role: Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided). Complete 8-10 surveys per day. Training on the software provided.
