As a Domestic Energy Assessor you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen,bathroom,central heating. Due to the recent award of a £4m Bridge Construction scheme in Immingham, our client, a top regional Contractor has the need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support these works which also include a new Car Park aloing with the Bridge. Using NEC Option 4, daily duties will include overseeing Sub Contractor Accounts, Cost Reporting, Applications for Payments, CVRs and Client Liaison. To be considered, you will ideally have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have solid all round Civils experience to your name with Bridges exposure also ideal.
