Freelance Building Surveyor – School Condition Surveys Location: Nottingham (site-based with home working) Rate: £350 per day (all-inclusive) Contract: Freelance | Outside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a programme of condition surveys across a portfolio of schools in the Nottingham area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project delivering condition surveys on education assets, with a combination of site inspections and home-based report writing. The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out condition surveys of school buildings, recording defects and asset information using KyKloud, before completing and finalising written condition reports from home. The role offers a good balance of site work and remote working, however surveyors must be comfortable producing high-quality written reports, as report completion forms a key part of the assignment.
