Reporting to the Programme Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will take the lead on the monthly commercial reporting cycle for their allocated schemes/batches. The role will involve administering the Alliance change control process and supporting the Alliance Manager with monthly payment applications. You will be responsible for monitoring costs, forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely commercial reporting, and providing strong commercial support throughout the delivery of the schemes. We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support a major civil engineering project in Immingham. The role will involve overseeing the successful delivery of a bridge and infrastructure works, while also playing a key part in securing and managing further packages of work. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing major civil engineering projects, contracts, subcontractors and commercial performance, with excellent stakeholder and client management skills. We are currently seeking a Consultant Sub Agent to support schemes in Stallingborough and on the Barton-upon-Humber Link Road. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and highways, with experience supervising and managing civils projects valued at £5m+. Candidates should hold an HNC/HND/BEng in Civil Engineering, a valid CSCS card, and have strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies and the NEC4 suite of contracts. Highways experience is essential, with TWC experience desirable. SMSTS, First Aid, SEATS and EUSR qualifications would also be advantageous. You will need excellent communication and IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, alongside the ability to work collaboratively, follow company procedures and effectively manage teams and site activities.
