Design Manager * Location: Reading * Project Type: MOD Framework – New Build & Refurbishment * Rate: Up to £350 per day DOE We are working with a leading Main Contractor delivering a long-term MOD framework in Reading, offering a secure pipeline of work for a minimum of 3 years, with potential for further extension. The project comprises a combination of new build and refurbishment schemes, forming part of a wider defence infrastructure programme. The new build elements will include a variety of structures such as office buildings, training facilities, storage units, and ancillary buildings, constructed using a mix of steel frame and reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction methods.
