Sub Agent Responsibilities: • Reporting to the Site Agent and Project Manager. • Managing day-to-day site operations on marine civils packages. • Overseeing QA/QC processes, inspections and quality compliance. • Producing, reviewing and implementing RAMS and ITPs. • Managing shaft sinking operations and associated temporary works. • Overseeing HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) works and subcontractors. • Coordinating and managing temporary works in line with design and TWC procedures. • Monitoring programme, costs and productivity. • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. • Supervising engineers and supporting site teams.
