MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Consultancy, who is working with a Housing Association, to strengthen oversight of their responsive repairs contract with a major contractor. The role will require working 1 day per week in the office in Surrey/London and 4 days working from home. The rate of pay is £400pd inside of IR35. This role has arisen due to concerns around cost control and contract compliance, particularly relating to variations and work order management. Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor required, with 5 years+ actually in a Senior QS role.  This is to work on Thames Water AMP8, for one of their civil engineering contractors. Previous experience in the civil engineering industry is essential.
