A leading main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Document Controller with strong construction experience working for main contracting or residential developers on large busy projects. The ideal candidate would be someone with minimum 5 years' experience working with main contractors or developers in live environments, who has also experience of using multiple EDMS' and working closely with various subcontractors. The project is a long-term residential scheme of over 200 units of apartments, town houses and community amenities. The site is underway and will have a duration of just over 3yrs.
