I am looking for an experienced and professional estate caretaker on a temporary contract to carry out property and estate maintenance. Work will include communal area cleaning, clearing, gardening, leaf clearances, litter picking, graffiti removal, minor general building maintenance. Work will be carried out on sheltered accommodation, retirement schemes and villages as well as accommodation blocks. You will need to be friendly, approachable and have good communication skills.
