Rectify the incorrectly installed pressure relief valve discharge arrangement to ensure it complies with current Building Regulations and relevant plumbing requirements. Correct the tundish installation so that it is properly aligned, level and positioned to allow safe and effective discharge. Investigate and address the issue caused by the existing floor noggin position, including making any necessary alterations to facilitate the correct installation. Reconfigure the discharge pipework so that any water released from the safety/pressure relief valves is directed correctly through the tundish and into the designated discharge pipe, rather than spilling into the floor cavity.
