You will be working direct for the roofing contractor who are the principle contractor so a knowledge of commercial / industrial roofing would be advantageous. Key responsibilities will include: client liaison, H&S, RAMS, weekly reporting and the management of labour and sub-contractors. You must be computer literate (own laptop) as you will be working on contractors own internal computer system and reporting back to senior management with progress and updates.
