Our client is looking for a Capital Works Surveyor to be based in Flintshire, North Wales. The Capital Projects Surveyor will lead the planning, design, procurement, and execution of major property developments, extensions, and refurbishment schemes. This role ensures all capital works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and in strict compliance with statutory regulations.
