Winsearch is supporting a specialist composites manufacturer in Leicestershire to recruit a number of skilled fitter to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role involving trimming, fitting, finishing and assembling composite tools and components to exceptional standards in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Shifts avialable  Days - £22 per hour Ltd  Weekend Days (Fri - Sun) - £26 per hour Ltd   What You’ll Be Doing Trim, fit and finish composite tools and components to a high standard. Assemble jigs and fixtures to support production requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to meet project objectives and deadlines.
