We’re looking for an Engineering Project Manager to manage investment projects that support the supply of Aggregates and Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX). You’ll work closely with Operational Management, Finance, Procurement, Estates & Geology, National Accounts, Operational Excellence, contractors and regulators to ensure projects are safe, efficient and deliver long‑term value. Responsibilities Manage engineering projects, promoting a zero‑harm culture and ensuring full compliance with Tarmac HSE policies and all legislative requirements. Apply strong knowledge of CDM regulations and proactively manage the client/principal contractor relationship.
